Our programs are designed to promote the electrical, low voltage and renewable energy profession to individuals seeking to enter the industry by establishing relationships with high schools, trade schools, community colleges, work source centers, employment agencies and other for and non-profit institutions.  We also strive to keep ourselves informed of emerging trends and the needs of our members in order to develop quality training to meet those needs.

State Career & Technology Centers

IEC Chesapeake visits the local career and technology schools to inform students of jobs available in the electrical, communication, and renewable energy industries.

We’re preparing young people to learn a successful career in the electrical, low voltage, and renewable energy industries.
