Washington, DC - December 13, 2016 - For the past nine years Atlantic Electric Supply has assisted Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, a DC law firm with their annual toy drive campaign. The drive benefits the DC Child & Family Services Agency and the under privileged children of DC. For the first year Atlantic Electric employees also contributed by bringing in their own toys to make a larger impact. Atlantic Electric donated their box truck and driver, Marc and Purchasing and Receiving Manager, Tanya to transport a truckload of toys from Walmart to the agency’s office in Southeast, DC.

“This year was especially wonderful to me because not only did we pick up gifts for the kids; we also donated our own gifts. I love kids and it really made me excited that we could give back to them this year.”  Tanya Osborne, Receiving and Purchasing Manager

This year’s delivery was held Saturday, December 10th. The weather was cold but sunny with temperatures in the 30s. Marc and Tanya were once again pleased to participate. Atlantic Electric is delighted to be able to play a small part in this community effort in the season of giving.
