ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

James Fullerton is an experienced construction and real estate attorney admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Colorado.He serves as counsel to industry organizations and is active in the American Bar Association’s Construction Law Section and other professional associations. He is also a Virginia-licensed real estate broker and Master Brick Mason, bringing both legal and practical construction experience to his work.
