Update Points of Contact

In an effort to “Go Green”, IEC Chesapeake (IECC) has configured its new database to automatically send reports and letters to Member’s based on their preferences of areas in which they are interested in receiving information. IECC will need to identify the correct contact information for employees for each company so that reports and letters can be sent to the appropriate person. Please complete this form for who will be responsible for receiving reports or correspondence from IECC. Examples of important reports that will be affected include: student final grades, disciplinary letters, class notification letters, dispatches, and membership news. Please note that IECC will no longer mail items including but not limited to invoices, grade reports, certificates of completion, attendance notifications, etc. These items are available via our website and as an automatic email such as the attendance notifications for students.

THIS IS TO UPATE OUR RECORDS. IF YOU DO NOT ENTER SOMEONE ON THIS LIST WHO WAS PREVIOUSLY ON AS A POINT OF CONTACT, THEY WILL BE REMOVED FROM OUR DATABASE. ENTER ALL PERSONNEL YOU WANT RECEIVING NOTIFICATIONS.
